Its been an extraordinary 10 days since our mint. The team is humbled and grateful for the love pouring in across the NFT space for Kiwami. We are seeing supporters sharing their Kiwami experience on social media, working on artistic interpretations, and building tools to enhance the community.

We wanted to take this opportunity to publish a clear and definitive statement regarding your intellectual property rights as they pertain to your Kiwami. Although we’ll publish more formal language regarding our terms in the coming weeks, the gist is the following:

1. You own your Kiwami NFT. When you buy it, you own the underlying Kiwami NFT and Art, definitively.
2. We grant you the right to use, copy, and display your Art for the purposes of personal and commercial use.
3. However, we don’t allow the use of Kiwami’s name, logos, or branding. You have full ownership of your Kiwami Art, just not the Kiwami name and logo.

Feel free to create music videos with your Kiwami, start a Takoyaki stand, launch Kiwami-branded beverages, or even develop Kiwami manga; they’re yours after all.
